Neuroleadership Training and Coaching
with Dr. Suzanne Kryder

As one of the few consultants today with experience in neuroleadership training and coaching, Suzanne’s passion is to train the mind to lead with calm confident power. She is the author of the forthcoming book, The Mind to Lead: Coaching for Calm Confident Power. As an Executive Coach and graduate of Corporate Coach University, Dr. Kryder has worked successfully with a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Suzanne has a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico, an M.S. from George Washington University, and a B.S. from the University of Georgia.

Dr. Kryder's background in mindfulness distinguishes her from other leadership management consultants. She has practiced mindfulness (also known as Insight or Vipassana) meditation since 1985. Over the last 22 years, she’s done a total of more than 12 months of silent retreat practice including a six-week retreat at Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts and a three-week retreat at the Kyaswa Monastery outside Mandalay, Burma. Suzanne is a graduate of the Community Dharma Leader training program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California.

Suzanne is the author of Dreaded Conversations at Work: From Conflict to Collaboration, an ebook on reducing the dread and delay of difficult conversations. You can listen to her coach people on challenging work situations at www.dreadedconversations.com

Suzanne is a co-host of Peace Talks Radio, a series on KUNM-FM 89.9 in Albuquerque that explores non-violent conflict resolution. She's interviewed leading peace experts including Byron Katie, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, and U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich.

Suzanne lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and enjoys spending her free time hiking, cycling, and salsa dancing.
