Developing Calm Confident Power
Neuroleadership retreats: when you're ready to train your mind to lead.
How well are you handling the increasing challenges of leadership?
Do you find yourself angrier?
More anxious?
Maybe both.
Invest one day in leadership training that strengthens you and your organization's ability to cope with the stress and conflict of not only difficult economic times but any uncertainty in the workplace.
Use the power of a brain-based coaching model to develop a more productive relationship with your mind and the minds of your direct reports.

Purpose
Regardless of their field or experience, every leader wants to lead with Calm Confident Power. All retreat activities and experiences train your mind to lead with a calmer, more effective presence and style.
Learn and practice three foundational skills:
Mindfulness: Stop complaining about the past or worrying about the future. Build the power of moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness when the body relaxes and the mind becomes clear, open, and curious.
Inquiry: Investigate negative or judgmental thoughts. Make decisions from a neutral, rather than angry or fearful, mindset.
Influence: Communicate in a concise confident way to increase morale and employee productivity.
Proven benefits from these skills include increased self-awareness, self-trust, and self-acceptance; calm in the face of difficulties; more fluid adaptation to change; more effective coping strategies; decreases in stress-related physical symptoms including chronic pain; significant decreases in anxiety and depression; improved concentration and creativity; improved immune system functioning; and an enhanced appreciation of life;
The net effect is Calm Confident Power.
